The Corporate Christmas Gifting Countdown (Before Santa's Sleigh Is Fully Booked)

There are two types of people at Christmas. Those who have their client gifts sorted by November, and those frantically googling "same day hamper delivery" on 22 December.

No judgement. But we'd love for you to be the first kind.

Here's a simple countdown to get your corporate gifts out the door without the festive panic.

Early November: make the list (and check it twice)

Work out who you're gifting. Clients, suppliers, your team, that one courier who always goes above and beyond. Then set a rough budget per person.

Tip: group people into tiers. VIP clients get the premium hamper, everyone else gets something lovely but simpler. It makes ordering much faster.

Mid November: choose your hampers

This is the sweet spot. Stock is full, makers have their Christmas lines ready, and there's time to add custom touches like branded tags or ribbons.

Ordering in bulk? This is especially important. Custom branding and larger orders need a little extra lead time.

Late November: lock in your order

Send through your final list with names and delivery addresses. Double check those addresses. Then check them again. (Office moves happen. Reception staff go on leave. Trust us.)

Early December: delivery time

Aim to have gifts land in the first two weeks of December. That way they arrive before the office closes, people have time to enjoy them, and you're not at the mercy of the pre-Christmas courier rush.

Mid December: sit back and enjoy the thank-you emails

You did it. Pour yourself something festive.

Running late?

It happens. Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll tell you honestly what's possible. Our last order date for Christmas delivery this year is 11 December 2026.
