We’re Mel and Ryan, partners in life before business, and now, proud owners of Teal Creations. In 2025, we were privileged to take the reins from its incredible founder, Tracy, who built the business with 19 years of heart, hustle, and sparkle. 

We’re still pinching ourselves that Tracy trusted us to carry her legacy forward (and believe us, we're giving as much heart as she did, just maybe a few extra retied ribbons). Between the two of us, we make a solid team. Ryan’s the big-hearted larrikin who’ll go above and beyond to help a client or solve a last-minute hiccup. Mel’s the quiet force behind the scenes, making sure every order is flawless, every client feels special, and every bow passes inspection.
