Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Whether you need one gift or several hundred, we're happy to help.
Can you add our logo or branding?
Yes. We can match the ribbon to your brand colours and print your logo in full colour on the giftbox, for an additional cost. We'll send a mock-up for approval before anything is made.
Can I customise a hamper or create my own?
Absolutely. Use any of our hampers as a starting point and we'll swap items to suit your budget, your recipients or your brand. Or tell us what you have in mind and we'll create something from scratch.
Do you have alcohol-free options?
Yes. Many of our hampers are alcohol free, and we can swap wine for a non-alcoholic alternative in most others. Can't find what you're looking for? Just ask!
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We can include gluten-free, vegan or nut-free alternatives where available. Let us know when you order. Please note that our products are packed in an environment that handles common allergens.
How does ordering work?
Tell us what you like, your rough numbers and budget. We'll send a mock-up and a clear quote. Once you approve, we get started.
How long does it take?
About a week for your first order, 2–3 business days for repeat orders, and around 4 weeks for custom branded products. See our Delivery Information page for details.

Delivery costs
We charge a flat rate of $20 incl. GST per delivery address, anywhere in Australia. For bulk orders delivered to one address or large orders going to multiple addresses, we'll include delivery in your quote.
One address or many
Send everything to your office, or give us a list of names and addresses and we'll deliver each gift directly. We'll send a simple spreadsheet template to make this easy.
Christmas deadlines
To get gifts delivered before Christmas, please place your order by:
- Melbourne metro: 18 December 2026
- Rest of Australia: 4 December 2026
The earlier you order, the more flexibility we have on stock and branding.
Orders containing alcohol
We can only deliver alcohol to people aged 18 or over. Someone 18+ may need to receive the delivery, and our couriers can't leave alcohol with a minor or at an unattended address. Teal Creations holds Liquor Licence No. 36313443.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, please email a photo to info@tealcreations.com.au within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

How do I pay?
You can pay online by card, or for corporate orders we send you an invoice to confirm your order and to receive payment. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST.
