We deliver Australia-wide, to one office or a hundred doorsteps. Here's how it works.

How long will my order take?

Transit time is on top of this, usually 1–5 business days depending on location. Need it by a certain date? Let us know when you order and we'll schedule dispatch to suit.

Delivery costs

We charge a flat rate of $20 incl. GST per delivery address, anywhere in Australia. For bulk orders delivered to one address or large orders going to multiple addresses, we'll include delivery in your quote.

One address or many

Send everything to your office, or give us a list of names and addresses and we'll deliver each gift directly. We'll send a simple spreadsheet template to make this easy.

Christmas deadlines

To get gifts delivered before Christmas, please place your order by:

Melbourne metro: 18 December 2026
Rest of Australia: 4 December 2026

The earlier you order, the more flexibility we have on stock and branding.

Orders containing alcohol

We can only deliver alcohol to people aged 18 or over. Someone 18+ may need to receive the delivery, and our couriers can't leave alcohol with a minor or at an unattended address. Teal Creations holds Liquor Licence No. 36313443.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, please email a photo to info@tealcreations.com.au within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
