Term & Privacy

These terms apply to all orders placed with Teal Creations (96 681 154 307), whether online, by email or by phone.

Quotes and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Prices may change without notice, but we'll always honour the price on an accepted quote.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed once you've approved your quote or mock-up and we've sent you an invoice. For custom branded products, we start production only after you approve the final proof.

Payment

Online orders are paid at checkout.
Invoiced orders are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
Custom branded orders may require a 50% deposit before production.

Ownership of goods

All products remain the property of Teal Creations until we've received full payment for your order, including any invoiced amounts. If payment isn't received by the due date, we may hold or stop any undelivered items, and ask for the return of goods that haven't been paid for.

Product substitutions

We work with small producers, so stock can change. If an item is unavailable, we'll replace it with one of equal or greater value and a similar style. For large orders, we'll check with you first.

Changes and cancellations

Changes can be made up to 5 business days before scheduled dispatch.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before we start packing. After that, we may charge for items already prepared.
Custom branded products can't be cancelled once production has started.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for courier delays, or for gifts left at an address you provided. Please check names and addresses carefully, as redelivery may cost extra.

Damaged or faulty goods

If a gift arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo to info@tealcreations.com.au within 48 hours. We'll replace the item or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Food and allergens

Our hampers contain products packed by third parties, and may contain or have come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, soy and other allergens. Please check labels before eating. Perishable items are best enjoyed by the date on the packaging.

Alcohol

Teal Creations holds Liquor Licence No. 36313443. We don't sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under 18. By ordering a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you and the recipient are 18 or over.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18, and for a person under 18 to purchase or receive alcohol.

Branding and artwork

By supplying a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We'll send a proof for approval, and once approved we're not responsible for errors in the proof.

Privacy Policy

Teal Creations respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your name, business name, phone number and email address
Delivery names and addresses for gift recipients
Order details, gift messages and any logos or artwork you send us
Payment information, processed securely by our payment providers (we don't store card details)
Basic website data, such as pages visited, collected through cookies

How we use it

To quote, make and deliver your order
To contact you about your order
To send you occasional emails about seasonal ranges and offers, if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our website and service

We only share what's needed to get your gifts where they're going: couriers for delivery, and our website and payment providers (such as Shopify) to process orders. We never sell your information.

Gift recipients

If you give us recipients' names and addresses, we use them only to deliver your gifts. Please make sure you're comfortable sharing those details with us.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it as long as we need it.
