When should I order for Christmas?
The earlier the better. Orders take around 1-2 weeks to pack and dispatch during the Christmas peak, and custom branded products around 4 weeks. Our last order date for Christmas delivery is 12 December.
Can I add my branding?
Yes. Branded tags, ribbons, cards and printed packaging all make your end-of-year gifts feel extra special. Custom products need around 4 weeks, so get in early.
Can I order gifts for my whole team and client list?
Absolutely. Whether it’s 10 or 200, we’ll pack and deliver them all before the office closes for the break.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. The more you order, the more you save. Get in touch with your quantities and we’ll put together a quote for you.
Can I change what’s inside?
Yes, we’re happy to swap items to suit dietary needs, budget or your brief. Just ask!
